God, our loving Father, we give You thanks for the countless
blessings You have given to our parish since its foundation. We
remember those who helped establish
Mother of Divine Providence Parish
over 50 years ago. We are grateful for all who have
come before us and built the parish that we enjoy. “Building on
the Foundation,” we now unite as one people --- God’s
“living stones” --- to add to what we have received and to
make our contribution to the spiritual well being of
future generations.

Lord, give us the faith and determination to accomplish the
work of expanding and renovating our parish facilities to better
serve Your people. Send us the gifts of Your Holy Spirit as we
undertake this mission. Bless our efforts with a renewed spirit
of love for You and for each other. Strengthen our commitment
to return to You a portion of our time, talent and treasure, as
we honor our beginning and embrace our future.

We ask this through Your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
